Guimaras Oil Spill

its been a month since this happend, a tanker ship sunk on Guimaras Islands and an oil spill occured. Petron is the owner of the ship and he's funding a video for Guimaras. Wilfred being from guimaras was granted the film. But later he found out that it was Petron's, he decided to put a little Fuck you to Petron. So here's what we came out, he did the concept part I did the art direction and im going to animate it.
