Back in New Zealand

After 3 weeks of vacation in Manila, I'm now back in New Zealand. The trip was meaningful to both of us. I've finally met Darwin's parents and it wasn't too bad. The highlight of it was I was asked to try on my wedding ring that Darwin's parents bought (which I didn't expect). The trip gave me answers to questions and doubts in my head about our relationship. It also reminded me why people leave the Philippines and find a more comfortable life elsewhere. Hopefully it would be all that I needed to move forward and really learn how to live here in New Zealand.
